TikTok Paid Media Buyer – Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a TikTok Paid Media Buyer to design, launch, and scale paid TikTok campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with creative, brand, and data teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, effective, and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to meet revenue and acquisition targets.
• Develop and test TikTok‑native ad creatives (UGC, product demos, testimonials) following platform best practices.
• Implement data‑driven media buying strategies, including A/B testing, bid management, audience segmentation, and campaign structuring.
• Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV metrics.
• Collaborate with creative teams and influencers to produce high‑converting ad assets.
• Stay current with TikTok trends, viral content, and platform updates.
• Design and execute audience testing strategies using interest‑based, lookalike, retargeting, and first‑party data audiences.
• Leverage CRM and website visitor data to build custom audiences and improve performance.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of TikTok’s advertising platform and its creative trends.
• Proven experience in paid media buying and performance‑driven campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret key performance metrics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, brand, and data teams.
