Strategic Initiatives Analyst – Controlling (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Controlling – Strategic Initiatives Analyst to provide data‑driven insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization. Working remotely, you will partner with leadership and multiple business units to identify improvement opportunities and shape core processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and implement optimizations to key processes based on analytical findings.
• Develop proactive analyses and respond to data requests from the Board.
• Create reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D teams.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across business areas.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, controlling, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
