Senior Python Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design and deliver sophisticated software solutions for BairesDev’s global clients. The role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable applications in cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex Python applications and automation tools for data infrastructure.
• Develop data integration services to accelerate customer onboarding.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and support of data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python and Django.
• Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building micro‑services and deploying applications in the cloud.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, SOLID principles, CLEAN code, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent command of English.
