Senior Inside Sales Representative – Creative Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Senior Creative Specialist to own our inbound sales engine at THE/STUDIO, a global manufacturing SaaS platform. The role is fully remote and operates during US business hours, requiring professional‑level English. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding creators and brands from design through production and closing deals with speed and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full inbound sales cycle – consult, handle objections and close initial deals.
• Develop and nurture a portfolio of repeat accounts, turning one‑off buyers into long‑term partners.
• Maintain a high‑volume pipeline in Pipedrive with disciplined cadences and flawless CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with Lead Generation, Production and Design teams to ensure accurate order execution and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Acquire deep knowledge of supply‑chain, manufacturing and product development to propose high‑value solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying, consultative inside‑sales experience.
• Proven ability to handle high‑velocity inbound leads in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, “extreme ownership” mindset and rapid adaptability to feedback.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting on video.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
