Salesforce Administrator – Revenue Operations (Remote)

About the role

MonetizeMore is looking for a structured, detail‑oriented Salesforce Administrator to support its Revenue Operations team. You will translate business needs into system improvements, ensure data quality, and help users get the most out of the sales stack in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business problems and opportunities into Salesforce enhancements, automations, and transparent data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows, improve efficiency, and create/maintain SOPs, process maps, and documentation.
• Drive user adoption through training materials, office hours, and clear documentation.
• Provide first‑line Salesforce support, troubleshoot issues, and route complex cases to senior admins or developers.
• Maintain data accuracy by managing records, supporting imports/exports, conducting audits, and cleaning up inconsistencies.
• Test new features, automations, and integrations before release and coordinate issue resolution.
• Work closely with CIO, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align system updates with business priorities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations or system‑support role.
• Strong coordination skills and a process‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to maintain high data‑quality standards and ensure clear communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
