Sales & Leasing Associate (Inside Sales – Mobile Home Communities)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing U.S. company that helps mobile home park owners increase occupancy through a fully managed sales and marketing system. As a Sales & Leasing Associate you will be the engine that turns inbound inquiries into booked showings and ultimately move‑ins across multiple park communities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within minutes via phone, text, and email.
• Qualify prospects against each community’s resident criteria (budget, timeline, household needs, financing readiness).
• Book, confirm, and remind prospects of showings, coordinating manager‑guided tours or lockbox self‑showings.
• Run structured follow‑up cadences (call, text, email) to re‑engage cold leads and handle objections.
• Move qualified prospects toward park and financing applications and hand off approvals, documents, and keys to on‑site teams.
• Log every interaction in the CRM in real time, maintain clean pipeline data, and contribute to weekly funnel reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales, leasing, SDR or BDR roles.
• Ability to work fast, stay organized, and maintain high responsiveness during peak lead flow.
• Comfort with overlapping U.S. business hours and delivering consistent performance across multiple client communities.
