Business Development Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across corporate and government accounts. This role is ideal for a commercial professional with a strong track record in B2B sales and business development, capable of building long‑term relationships and generating sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Evaluate new business models, sales channels, and partnership opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and support the development of strategic alliances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.
• Experience managing corporate accounts and/or government institutions.
• Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
