Remote Bookkeeper (Full-time, QuickBooks Expert)

About the role

We are a growing bookkeeping firm seeking a full‑time remote Bookkeeper with strong accounting knowledge. The role involves handling bookkeeping, reporting and month‑end processes for multiple clients while working with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.
• Maintain and update QuickBooks records accurately.
• Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Perform transaction reviews and reconciliations.
• Handle month‑end and week‑end bookkeeping processes.
• Review expenses, accounts, and financial records for accuracy.
• Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping cleanup tasks.
• Follow client‑specific bookkeeping procedures and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Advanced QuickBooks expertise.
• Understanding of bookkeeping principles beyond data entry.
• Experience preparing financial reports.
• Ability to analyze transactions correctly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with overseas clients.
• Full‑time availability during Eastern Time hours.
