Remote Appointment Setter – High Volume Outbound Calls

About the role

We are seeking a confident, motivated Appointment Setter to work remotely and support our client’s sales team. You will make a high volume of outbound calls, engage senior American prospects, and book qualified appointments that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients using established scripts.
• Speak confidently and professionally, building rapport quickly with senior prospects.
• Handle basic questions and objections while keeping conversations natural.
• Book qualified appointments directly into the company’s system.
• Accurately update leads and opportunities in the HighLevel CRM.
• Maintain consistent call activity, follow‑up with leads, and meet appointment‑setting targets.
• Incorporate client feedback to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with clear, easy‑to‑understand communication.
• Strong phone presence and confidence without being aggressive.
• Previous experience in appointment‑setting, cold‑calling, sales or customer‑facing roles is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
