Professional Services Partner (Remote)

About the role

As a Professional Services Partner you will oversee client accounts end‑to‑end, ensuring commercial, operational and financial health while identifying risks and opportunities. You will drive process optimization, leverage AI for automation, and support cross‑functional alignment to deliver excellent client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review client accounts across commercial, operational and financial dimensions.
• Audit data, client meetings and email communications to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational processes.
• Use AI to automate tasks within the Professional Services scope.
• Analyze data, extract insights and manage Jira tasks, coordinating with Account Managers and Sales Representatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in process‑related roles.
• Academic background in Engineering, Accounting, IT, Business Administration or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
