Product Manager – SaaS Startup (Remote, Brazil Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast‑growing SaaS startup that is redefining partner management. The role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Brazil, and reports directly to the CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead discovery activities, engage with customers and prospects to uncover needs.
• Translate insights into clear product specifications and requirements.
• Plan and manage sprint cycles, track progress, and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Champion user experience by making the platform intuitive and delightful.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate on product performance.
