Part‑Time Stockroom Operations Associate

About the role

This part‑time position supports store operations by handling freight, replenishment, and omni‑channel fulfillment. You will work in the stockroom, ensuring products are received, processed, and made available to customers efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload truck shipments, process product, and execute stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell‑through data and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Follow product protection standards and safety policies.
• Assist in training new hires on brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity tools.
• Support point‑of‑sale and customer service teams to deliver fast, courteous service.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Willingness to follow directions from supervisors and adhere to company policies.
