Paid Media Specialist – Meta, Google & TikTok Ads

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce business. The ideal candidate has recent experience with U.S. brands and a proven ability to optimise campaigns that drive revenue and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Build audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and look‑alikes.
• Execute creative, copy and landing‑page A/B tests.
• Monitor budgets and maximise ROAS.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Experience managing performance budgets and optimising ROAS, CPA and CAC.
• Excellent analytical skills and English communication.
