Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to create engaging, data‑driven learning experiences for our Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely, you will blend instructional design expertise with technology to help recruiters develop the skills they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations and quizzes tailored to Talent Acquisition needs.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning materials.
• Build role‑based learning paths that support structured skill development.
• Track and report training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of all learning content.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or technology‑adjacent environments.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms such as EdApp or similar.
• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools.
• Background in content creation and data‑driven analysis of training outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
