Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Complexity, you will shape and execute the company’s visual identity across product, web, and content platforms. You will work closely with design and content teams to build scalable brand systems and visual assets that prioritize clarity, consistency, and a cohesive visual language.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Complexity’s brand visual system.
• Create visual assets for product marketing, website, and editorial content.
• Produce social media graphics, carousels, and reusable visual templates.
• Translate abstract ideas and narratives into clear visual expressions.
• Ensure visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with motion‑design and content workflows to support storytelling.
• Iterate rapidly while maintaining high quality and aesthetic taste.

Required profile

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing brand systems, visual design, or content design.
• Strong visual taste in layout, typography, and color.
• Advanced experience with AI‑assisted creative or content‑generation tools.
• Ability to work independently with clear direction and ownership.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving, early‑stage environments.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
