Duty Manager – Airport Operations

About the role

Aeromexico is seeking a Duty Manager to lead airport ground operations and ensure an exceptional travel experience for passengers. This position requires a data‑driven, compliance‑focused professional who can maintain punctuality, quality service, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily airport ground‑operations processes, ensuring adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service quality and punctuality metrics, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain safety compliance and enforce company safety policies throughout all ground activities.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airline ground‑operations or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish.
