Community Manager, Graphic Design & Video Editor

About the role

Interbrokers Insurance Group is seeking a versatile professional to lead community engagement while creating high‑impact visual content. This full‑time remote position blends social media management, graphic design, and video production to strengthen the brand’s presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and nurture online communities.
• Produce, edit, and publish video content for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create graphics, promotional materials, and motion‑graphics assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor brand sentiment, respond to audience interactions, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management and social media engagement.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
