Channel Development Manager – On Trade (Venezuela)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Channel Development Manager to lead our On‑Trade strategy across bars, restaurants and other venues in Venezuela. You will shape brand presence, drive growth and translate consumer insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and deployment of consumer and category initiatives on the On‑Trade channel.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Activation, Commercial, and Distribution teams throughout the End‑to‑End planning cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, managers and key on‑trade stakeholders.
• Approve the annual Trade Strategy, growth drivers and compelling plans for sustainable channel growth.
• Consolidate learnings, insights and feedback from execution, customers, shoppers and distributors.
• Partner with Activation Executives to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns in on‑trade venues.
• Share performance insights to inform future activation and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer marketing, trade or shopper‑marketing, preferably within the beverage or entertainment sector.
• Strong commercial acumen, curiosity and ability to generate consumer insights.
• Deep understanding of sales organization dynamics and distributor relationships.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
