About the role

Kalista Models is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Video Editor to join its fully remote team. You will shape the visual storytelling for the co‑founders’ YouTube channels and support other content creators, ensuring each video aligns with the brand’s style and drives audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce high‑quality videos for YouTube and other social platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate daily with the co‑founder to brainstorm ideas, execute concepts, and incorporate trending elements.
• Handle post‑production tasks such as sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.
• Optimize video formats and metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for maximum visibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date with YouTube algorithm changes and emerging trends.
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
