Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant (Spanish‑English)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant to support a fast‑paced clinical practice that serves children and adults on the autism spectrum. The role is fully remote and requires fluent communication in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound/outbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Manage email correspondence and patient communications.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar updates.
• Follow a detailed 20‑step SOP for daily administrative workflows.
• Support documentation, patient record maintenance, and billing processes.
• Assist with insurance verification and general operational tasks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Proactive communicator who can anticipate and prevent scheduling errors.
• Experience in remote healthcare administration or similar settings.
• Dependable, process‑driven, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with medical scheduling and billing workflows.
• Ability to work independently following SOPs.
