Ads Specialist – Performance E‑commerce Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Ads Specialist to join The Darl’s performance‑based e‑commerce team. You will scale high‑growth beauty and skincare brands by creating and optimizing direct‑response PPC and SEM campaigns that drive verified sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage high‑converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google SEM campaigns.
• Achieve a minimum of 20 verified product sales per brand each month through funnel optimization.
• Tailor creative strategies for a mature women’s skincare audience and manage cross‑channel traffic for Amazon storefronts.
• Continuously monitor budgets, adjust bids, and lower CPA while maintaining ROAS targets.
• Track performance using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API, reporting on key KPIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of paid‑media experience for e‑commerce, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Fluent English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and run A/B tests in real time.
• Focus on direct‑response outcomes over brand‑awareness metrics.
