About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Administrative Secretary to join our Caracas office. The role involves day‑to‑day clerical tasks, schedule management and general administrative support to keep office operations running smoothly. The Administrative Secretary will act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely distribution of information and supporting various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and prepare/distribute meeting minutes.
- Manage communications, including handling incoming calls and emails.
- Assist with customer service and support client inquiries.
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Organize travel arrangements and other logistical tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Competence in clerical skills, including record keeping and document management.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and scheduling to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
