Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to support the design, coordination and delivery of training initiatives across our global tech organization. This remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in L&D while working with top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics for training programs, workshops and learning initiatives.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring content is organized and up‑to‑date.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to help evaluate and improve programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
