Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated young professional to join its Learning & Development team. Working fully remotely, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning across the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, logistics and execution of workshops, webinars and other learning events.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain and organize content within the company Learning Management System (LMS).
• Gather and analyse participant feedback to help improve training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to evaluate the impact of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) usage and maintenance.
