WL Field Specialist

About the role

The WL Field Specialist ensures safe, efficient, and reliable PSD delivery to customers, identifying improvement opportunities and managing risk throughout service execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD services for customers.
• Identify and implement service delivery improvements and standard work.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Attend Service Quality Meetings and create action plans to improve performance.
• Engage in HSE and quality initiatives, wear required PPE, and follow HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training and certifications.

Required profile

• Experience in field service or similar operational roles.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze risks and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork.
