UX/UI Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a senior UX/UI Developer to join INDI’s distributed development team. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with multicultural scrum teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences for web, mobile and device applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more scrum teams, iterating UX designs in an agile environment.
• Engage with customers to gather and translate real requirements into effective UX solutions.
• Produce quick mock-ups and prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high-quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to maximise user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a developer.
• At least 5 years of hands-on UX/UI experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
