Tracker para call center de operaciones - Turno rotativo de día Empresa : Call Center Solutions Ubicación : Distrito Capital, Caracas Monitorear y dar seguimiento en tiempo real a las cargas en tránsito.Mantener comunicación continua con los conductores para verificar ubicación, estatus y tiempos de entrega.Reportar incidencias, retrasos o situaciones que puedan afectar las entregas.Registrar y actualizar información en sistemas y reportes operativos.Coordinar con el equipo de operaciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de las rutas y tiempos establecidos.Elaborar reportes y mantener actualizada la información de cada carga.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación Técnico/Profesional años de experienciaIdiomas: Inglés Conocimientos: Comunicación, Atención telefónica, Operaciones, Seguimiento, Servicio al clientePalabras clave: callcenter, teleoperador, telefonista, telephonist, telefonico, operations, operaciones
