TikTok Content Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a TikTok Content Specialist to join a fast‑growing SaaS startup. You will support client campaigns, create and schedule TikTok and other social media content, and help optimise blogs, SEO and AI‑driven marketing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Set up client workspaces, maintain documentation and track onboarding steps.
• Provide clear weekly updates, manage action items and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate with content teams to schedule and publish TikTok, blog and SEO content.
• Use AI tools to streamline research, creation and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, suggest process improvements and explore new content formats.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content, digital or social media marketing, campaign management or customer success.
• Experience in a startup, agency or fast‑paced environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
