Technical Manager - Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Technical Manager to act as the technical authority in client engagements. You will translate prospect needs into concrete solutions, shape proposals, and guide delivery teams across software engineering, AI, data, cloud, and quality domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and presales to convert leads into detailed technical proposals and estimates.
• Meet prospects (in‑person or virtually) to showcase BairesDev’s delivery model and technical capabilities.
• Define optimal team compositions and project scopes based on client requirements.
• Provide consultancy on best practices for software delivery, cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Support the sales cycle by articulating value propositions and answering technical questions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle building software with teams.
• 3+ years of deep expertise in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Proven experience selling technology outsourcing or working in pre‑sales.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one vertical (e.g., cloud, DevOps, data analytics, AI).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
