Technical Manager - Remote Work

About the role

As a Technical Manager at BairesDev, you will act as the technical authority in client conversations, translating business challenges into concrete solution proposals. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and presales teams to shape how technology solutions are sold and delivered, leveraging your deep expertise in software engineering, AI, data, cloud, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team to capture requirements and create clear solution documents.
• Travel to client sites or events to showcase BairesDev’s technical capabilities.
• Conduct technical discussions to define optimal team compositions and solution architectures.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations.
• Provide consultancy on best practices across software delivery, cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Proven experience selling technology outsourcing through pre‑sales or sales teams.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one vertical domain.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
