About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical professionals across a variety of projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for technology positions, ensuring timely closures.
• Screen and filter candidates against defined technical criteria.
• Craft concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, internal hiring teams, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
