Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Intelligence Analyst you will turn Talent Acquisition business rules into clear KPIs, monitoring systems and dashboards. You will act as the bridge between data and decision‑making, ensuring a single source of truth for all talent metrics across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define, refine and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops and data inconsistencies early.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to create and maintain accurate dashboards and automate reporting where possible.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insights and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimisation, KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills.
• Database management experience with large datasets.
