Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to turn Talent Acquisition data into actionable insights. Working remotely, you will create and maintain KPI frameworks, monitoring systems, and dashboards that support leadership decision‑making across the global talent team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze talent acquisition trends, detect anomalies, and translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Define, document, and refine KPIs, establishing consistent formulas and measurement criteria.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting tools to surface performance drops and data inconsistencies early.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS, and CRM platforms, ensuring a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to design, build, and automate dashboards that reflect accurate KPI logic.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven track record in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
