Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to turn talent acquisition data into actionable insights. Working remotely, you will create and maintain KPI frameworks, monitoring systems, and dashboards that give leadership a single source of truth across multiple talent platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze talent acquisition trends, detect anomalies, and provide insights to senior leaders.
• Define, document, and refine KPIs, establishing clear measurement formulas.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting tools to flag performance drops and data inconsistencies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to design and update dashboards that reflect accurate KPI logic.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven track record in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
