Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Intelligence Analyst at BairesDev, you will turn Talent Acquisition data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Working remotely, you will ensure a single source of truth for all talent metrics and help the organization stay ahead of performance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies and translate data into insights for leadership.
• Define, refine and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops and data inconsistencies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to create and maintain accurate dashboards.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimization and KPI definition.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
