About the role
As a Talent Intelligence Analyst you will turn Talent Acquisition business rules into actionable KPIs, monitoring systems and dashboards. You will serve as the bridge between data and decision‑making, ensuring a single source of truth for talent metrics across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze trends, detect anomalies and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Define, refine and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops and data inconsistencies.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to create and maintain accurate dashboards.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of data analysis experience focused on insight generation and decision support.
- Proven experience in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Strong SQL skills.
- Database management and handling of large datasets.
