Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Intelligence Analyst at BairesDev, you will serve as the bridge between talent acquisition data and strategic decision‑making. You will design, monitor, and refine key performance indicators that reflect the health of the recruiting process and ensure a single source of truth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze talent acquisition trends, detect anomalies, and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define, document, and maintain KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear formulas and measurement criteria.
• Build and operate monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops, data inconsistencies, and unusual patterns before they affect results.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS, and CRM systems, guaranteeing a unified view of talent metrics.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to create and refine dashboards that accurately reflect KPI logic and support reporting automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
