Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, collaborate with account managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This remote‑first role supports building a diverse, skilled workforce for our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each open position.
• Partner with account managers to define role requirements, start dates, and offer details.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through resumes, interviews, and other evaluation methods.
• Manage job postings and advertising campaigns across platforms and social media.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, and conduct candidate interviews.
• Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and work‑experience validation.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and account managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Attend college career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment across multiple industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Sheets, Calendar)
• Applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
• WhatsApp Business for candidate communications
