About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates, conduct initial interviews and help guide applicants through our hiring process. The role supports our global recruitment efforts and works remotely.

Key responsibilities

Review candidate information to assess general fit.
Contact candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn or email to validate interest and encourage participation.
Schedule interviews, send invitations and maintain system records.
Support interview processes by reviewing profiles, experience, interests and commitment.

Required profile

Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Advanced level of English.
