Supply Chain ESG Procurement Specialist – Maturin

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a proactive Supply Chain ESG Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing, field operations, technology and project management at the plant level in Maturin. You will work under direct supervision to plan and execute sourcing activities that align with our strategic goals and ESG commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and source goods and services needed for manufacturing, field operations and projects.
• Execute Category Management strategies in line with company policies.
• Issue purchase orders based on material requirements and manage local procurement agreements.
• Create RFQs, organize competitive bidding, and select suppliers offering the best quality, delivery and price.
• Assess and monitor supplier performance to drive cost containment and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations and supply chain.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Mining or similar technical sectors is preferred.
