Supplier Development Intern

About the role
Join Mondelēz International as a Supplier Development Intern in Venezuela. You will support the supplier development team in a fast‑moving snack business, gaining hands‑on experience in the supply chain while contributing to the company’s mission to lead the future of snacking.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating and improving supplier performance.
- Support data collection and basic analysis for supplier metrics.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects with procurement, quality and logistics teams.
- Help prepare documentation and reports for supplier meetings.
- Learn and apply Mondelēz’s processes for supplier onboarding and development.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university program related to business, engineering or supply chain.
- Strong interest in the food and snack industry.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
