Strategic Initiatives Analyst – Controlling (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling – Strategic Initiatives Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. In this remote position you will work closely with leadership and multiple business units to turn data into actionable insights that improve core processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Propose changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis.
• Develop proactive analyses and respond to data requests from the Board.
• Build reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D teams.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across different business areas.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, controlling, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
