Strategic Initiatives Analyst – Controlling (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling – Strategic Initiatives Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. The role works remotely and partners with leadership and multiple business units to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to spot trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and design optimizations to core processes based on analytical findings.
• Develop proactive analyses and respond to data requests from the Board.
• Create reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and R&D teams to ensure data consistency.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, controlling, data analysis or a related function.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
