Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. You will act as the technical bridge between BairesDev’s talent pool and client project needs, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates across various technology domains.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across multiple domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
