Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect at BairesDev, you will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. You will act as the technical bridge between clients and our talent pool, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in various technologies.
• Collaborate with sales to improve time‑to‑market while ensuring feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
