Staffing Frontiers Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end staffing of IT business opportunities for BairesDev. In this remote position you will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the right talent is matched to client needs quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and present vetted candidates to fill open IT positions, meeting defined deadlines.
• Review, filter and maintain the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Keep job openings up‑to‑date, cleaning and prioritising listings as required.
• Coordinate communication with clients, Client Services and Sales teams throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset with strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
