Staffing Frontiers Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze our pool of vetted IT candidates and match them with business opportunities. The role acts as a bridge between Client Services/Sales and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely and revenue‑driven staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end staffing for open positions, selecting and presenting candidates while meeting deadlines.
• Review, filter, and maintain the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Keep job openings up to date and clean, ensuring accurate data.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
