Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze and staff vetted IT candidates for client projects. The role bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely placement of qualified talent while supporting revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates for open IT opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and business‑process focused.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
