About the role

Join Falcon Funded as a Spanish‑speaking Sales & Customer Support specialist focused on the fast‑moving Forex market. You will engage inbound leads through chat, using our scripts while tailoring each conversation to the prospect’s needs, and help build lasting relationships that drive funding opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with inbound leads.
• Adapt provided scripts to address individual client questions and objections.
• Maintain a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while meeting response time targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in chat‑based sales or a comparable sales role.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and a good level of English for internal coordination.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple interactions.

Required skills

• Forex trading knowledge.
