About the role

Falcon Funded is seeking a motivated Spanish Sales Agent to engage inbound leads through chat. You will represent a fast‑growing funding platform that empowers traders worldwide, delivering a seamless and professional experience to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with inbound prospects.
• Follow provided scripts while tailoring the dialogue to each customer’s needs.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in chat‑based sales or comparable sales roles.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and solid English for internal coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous customer interactions.
• Mandatory knowledge of Forex trading.
• Self‑starter with strong responsibility and the capacity to work independently.
